The Leffel Lane facility is 100,000 square feet and serves as the company’s headquarters as well as the home of the Rollins Export operations.

The Wheel Street location is an 80,000 square foot facility that operates solely for the packaging and supply of Military Service Parts.

The third Springfield, Ohio facility is the Sheridan Warehouse. It is an 80,000 square foot facility that is used solely for storage and warehousing.

The fourth location, the Yellow Springs Street Warehouse is 16,000 square feet. This location is used primarily for storage of household goods, electronics and machinery.

The Rollins West Point, Mississippi facility is 300,000 square feet. It supports the nearby Military truck assembly plant through receiving inbound parts, warehousing and shipping to the plant where the parts are line sequenced for immediate use.
