Can you get product into and out of Mexico? What about other countries?

Yes. Rollins ships extensively to Mexico. We also import automotive parts and materials from Mexico. Rollins works with our freight forwarders to import and export products or ship from country to country.

Can you arrange all shipping and handling of my shipment so I have one, all inclusive, no surprise, and door to door price?

Yes. Rollins will provide you with an all inclusive price based on your need- door to door or door to port/ airport.

My overseas location needs help setting up a dock and receiving area. Can you help?

Yes. Rollins has on a number of occasions traveled to the final destination to establish a dock, rent equipment and establish a receiving area for the customer.

I need to have a flow of U.S. sourced parts going to my off shore assembler. Can you handle that and provide status reports?

Yes. Rollins is a fully established 3PL/ 4PL company. We can order your parts from your approved vendors, receive and verify the material, warehouse, pick/ pack and kit and finally crate the product for shipment on overseas container.

Can your company provide me with a United States shipping address for distribution purposes?

Yes. Currently, Rollins acts as a physical address for international companies trying to gain a foothold in the US market. A foreign company will come to Rollins to be its domestic shipping point. We have numerous examples of companies that began with Rollins as their domestic address, and grew large enough to establish their own domestic presence and address.

Does your company have experience in dealing with packaging and labeling requirements for the U.S. Military?

Yes. Rollins has extensive experience packaging military products for the Army, Navy and the Marines. We translate the contract based on Mil Std 2073 to determine the level of packaging, level of preservation, shipping destination and method of shipping. Rollins will create all Military labels that are required based on Mil Std 129.

Can you conduct inventories? If so what is you experience?

Yes. Rollins conducts inventories meeting Sarbanes Oxley inventory. We have extensive warehouse and manufacturing facility experience with volumes in excess of $75 million dollars.

Do you package offsite? How far will you travel?

Yes. Rollins will travel locally up to 200 miles. We will assist with packaging at any destination in North America and will provide international packaging consulting services.

Do you crate out of gage equipment?

Yes. Rollins will inspect and determine the packaging required to safely move your product. Rollins will build the skid, protect the product through VCI bags and the like and build walls around the product.

Can you receive and drop ship from your locations?

Yes. Rollins currently performs this service for numerous customers and provides a seamless transaction from supply base to final destination.

Are you able to line sequence material?

Yes. Rollins moves product from our facility to the production line as needed to keep the line running. If your facility is not domestically located, Rollins will build and design a kit that contains the same parts with every shipment and will be able to be set line side the exact same way every time.

Can you support a cross dock operation?

Yes. Rollins will receive and then break down the material to the quantities you need. These will be loaded onto our trucks and delivered to your facility. We will warehouse the balance until you call.

What sort of internal process do you use to maintain inventory?

Rollins utilizes Expandable as our operating system. It functions as a WMS and we can drive the materials ordering from the MRP system. Based on the data in Expandable, Rollins has the ability to generate Crystal Reports tailored to the reporting needs of the customer. The customer also has the ability to generate their own web based reports through rePortal.

Is your warehouse secure?

Yes. Rollins facilities all have alarms and sprinkler systems. Both are monitored by outside services.

Can you do assembly?

Yes. Rollins has the ability to perform sub assemblies in any range or variety based on a bill of material. Rollins currently performs sub assembly operations to numerous automotive components including front and rear axles, engines, and hoods.

Are you ISO 9000?

Yes. Rollins is ISO 9001/ 2008 compliant. An ISO certified auditor conducts an annual onsite inspection to verify that all QMS programs and documents are in place. He will identify any deficiencies and recommend areas for improvements. Rollins passed the July 2009 compliance without issue.
